Natural Cambridgeshire Investment Workshop Report

At our conference in September, we announced four key initiatives to help us take forward the Doubling Nature ambition. A landscape led approach, focused on five priority areas; a community led approach which we hope every parish and community in Peterborough and Cambridgeshire will engage with; a Doubling Nature pledge to help individuals get involved and underpinning all this the objective of launching a Doubling Nature Fund to provide the resources to make this happen. We held a workshop to discuss this with key local businesses, landowners and other organisations on 6th October and a summary of the discussion can be found here. Natural Cambridgeshire will be reflecting on this input and announcing its plans for establishing the fund later this year.
